Refunds & Returns: We have a strict No Refund & No Return Policy. We do not accept returns because we cannot restock any returned items due to sanitation reasons.

Refunds: All sales are final. We do not cancel/refund orders after they are placed, in transit, or delivered.

Exchanges (if applicable): You will be asked to send video/picture footage of the defective product to determine eligibility for an exchange. Item(s) must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. Must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange.

Discount codes: Our discount codes are for one time use only, after you make you first purchase. If we are notified that the discount code has been used more than once, you will receive an invoice via email with the remaining balances due for exceeding discount code use.
