SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES CAN AND WILL BE EXTENDED IF NECESSARY FOR HIGH VOLUME PRODUCTS.

Pick up orders: Please allow 1 to 4 business days for your order to be prepared for pick up. You must wait for the pick up notification before arrival to pick up an order. Store hours and pick up times are 10AM-5PM MON-SAT. PICK UP ORDERS WILL BE RESTOCKED WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE INITAL ORDER. THERE WILL BE A $15 FEE TO RE-PULL ITEMS.

Order processing & Shipping: Please allow between 1 to 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Shipping delivery times will vary depending on your location. 

For International orders your package may be subject to additional fees, duties, and import taxes based on your country's tax laws/regulations. Defyne is not responsible for any additional fees or charges that may be required for package release/delivery.

You will receive an order confirmation notification as soon as your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation notification with a tracking number as soon as Defyne has shipped your order. If you do not see the confirmation emails in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam mail. Orders are mailed out weekly. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated. Please refer to your tracking number for all delivery updates. Please note that Defyne is not responsible for shipping delays.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate mailing address and contact information during checkout. Defyne is not responsible for updating an incorrect address, changing incorrect contact information, or changing an order once placed. Please review that all of your information is correct before submitting your order.

Customers who enter an inaccurate mailing address will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend their item(s), should the order be returned to us. Shipping fees will be sent via an invoice to the email address provided, once paid, the order will be reshipped. Should your order be returned to us for any reason (incorrect address, missing apartment number, failed delivery, etc) refunds will not be offered.

Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, Defyne is not responsible for any lash trays or products that are cracked/ damaged during shipping. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, it becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier. 

Once your package is marked as delivered Defyne is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Defyne is also not responsible for any package that is lost in transit.

*** If you did not receive your package or if your items were damaged in transit, please email us. We will file a claim on your behalf with UPS. Once resolved we will resend your items.
